Leadership Microclimate Inventory
Our microclimate tool measures the extent to which leaders create the conditions for people to perform individually and collectively – by finding different ways of motivating and enabling them.
The Leadership Microclimate Inventory comes in 180 and 360 format, and requires additional training, following certification in the AMSP and emotions cards.
