8Connect combines my passion for performance psychology and my experience in operational and transformational business leadership.
I’m a Chartered Psychologist & Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, and a Principal Practitioner with the Association for Business Psychology.
I’ve been applying Reversal Theory (the Apter framework) for over 15 years now, in business and sport.
Outside of work, family life is important to me. I’m also a competitive masters swimmer who has broken multiple British Records.
I’ve worked extensively with or for blue-chip organisations including Tata Technologies (as European HR Director), Jaguar Land Rover, A.S. Watson (Superdrug & Savers), National Grid, HSBC, SABMiller, NHS, UK Sport, Sport Ireland and Prostate Cancer UK.
